At PrimeFit Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with Shopify Payments (USA) standards and applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments or personal use items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

Include the following information:

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
